Sarah Marie Caggianello, RP
Sarah Marie Caggianello is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and holds a Certificate in Psychotherapy from the Toronto Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling Education (TCPCE). She brings warmth, compassion, and a person-centred, trauma-informed approach to therapy, creating a space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported.
Sarah works with youth and adults navigating trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship challenges, life transitions, low self-esteem, emotional overwhelm, and other difficult life experiences. Her approach is grounded in evidence-based care, with treatment thoughtfully tailored to each person’s experiences, strengths, values, and goals.
Sarah believes therapy creates space for meaningful change by deepening self-understanding and building the confidence, flexibility, and self-compassion needed to navigate life’s challenges. Whether seeking support for a specific concern or personal growth, she is committed to offering a compassionate and collaborative therapeutic relationship.

Our Clinical Partnership
North Shore Psychotherapy is proud to provide in-person psychotherapy from The Mental Health Studio in Newmarket, a multidisciplinary outpatient mental health clinic dedicated to providing compassionate, ethical, and evidence-based care.
Alongside individual psychotherapy, the clinic offers specialized services including child and youth counselling, structured outpatient addiction recovery programs, addiction coaching, family support services, group-based therapeutic programming, and walk-in counselling, with both in-person and virtual care available. The clinic also provides specialized programs such as the Women's Addiction Recovery Day Program (C.A.R.E.) and the Men's Virtual Addiction Recovery Program for individuals seeking additional support for substance use and addictive behaviours.
As part of a collaborative team of regulated mental health professionals, clients have access to a broader network of clinical expertise when appropriate. If specialized support beyond individual psychotherapy would be beneficial, referrals can be made within the clinic to clinicians or programs that best meet each person's needs, including services for children and youth, addiction and substance use, family support, and therapeutic groups.
While Sarah provides psychotherapy independently through North Shore Psychotherapy, this partnership offers clients access to a coordinated continuum of care, ensuring treatment remains responsive to each individual's unique goals and evolving needs.
